St Leonard’s Avenue in progress

We dropped by site recently to check out the progress of the project under construction. There’s definitely always a rush as projects near completion but we always stress to our clients that it’s important to be patient during the finishing work to ensure that the builder can maintain the quality of their work. This house has a lot of millwork, wood cladding and metal details that all take time to execute. We’re hoping it all comes together as we imagined - and sometimes there are surprises that you don’t anticipate which are good too!
