St Leonard’s Avenue in progress

We dropped by site recently to check out the progress of the project under construction. There’s definitely always a rush as projects near completion but we always stress to our clients that it’s important to be patient during the finishing work to ensure that the builder can maintain the quality of their work. Rushing to finish leads to mistakes and additional delays! This house has a lot of millwork, wood cladding and metal details that all take time to execute well. Jon Muira from Stein + Regency is doing a nice job making sure it all comes together.
