Photo shoot - St. Leonard’s Ave

Here are a few videos we took while Scott was documenting this house a few weeks ago.

The first video shows a walk through of the main floor. There is a spine of circulation with stairs on both ends that connect all of the levels of the house in a loop. Of course the sunken living room with big windows that feature the trees is the focal point of the living space on the main floor.

The second video shows how the privacy doors at the entry lobby of the house operate. Typically they stay closed to keep the back of the house private from the street, but they can open up to allow for better flow during family gatherings and parties.
