Sagebrush Lane progress

We were on site this week to certify the most recent draw from the builder. This house is a significant renovation and addition in Don Mills. To get the space the client needed and take advantage of views on a protected ravine lot we flipped the plan upside down to create a large second floor living space. We’re also removing the ceiling to get a nice vaulted space that wasn’t visible in the original. We’re really excited about this one! We have a soft spot for mid-century houses.
