We imagined this project as a modern house wrapped in a vintage jacket. Originally built around the turn of the century, our direction was to restore the heritage C-listed exterior of the house and completely reconfigure the interior to suit a contemporary lifestyle.

To give structure to the owner’s desire for openess, we employed designed focal points and furniture arrangements to differentiate living spaces. We then employed a subdued palette of whites, warm and cool woods, natural and honed materials create a sense of quiet luxury.
