Roslin house is a modest but inventive renovation and addition to a semi-detached home located in Lawrence Park. The design features exposed beams spanning the main floor, which cantilever beyond the original walls to achieve additional width on the second floor and open up the plan. A warm, refined palette was used throughout the interiors, which are animated by an abundance of natural light.
