PEC site visit last year

Jordan has been working for a few years on a lake house in Prince Edward County. Below are some images from last year showing the cladding in progress. Now that we’re rebuilding our website after a long hiatus, we wanted to include these photos.

For this project we used a standard siding system with a few custom details at the corners and window sills to improve durability and simplify installation. We also paid careful attention to roof venting details on the standing-seam roof. Over the years we’ve developed a set of standard details, and we continue to refine them with our builders to make construction easier and more cost-effective.

We’re excited to share the finished project soon and hope to have professional photography done once the landscaping is complete.
